'Chef for one night' brings people around the table to share a meal cooked by a volunteer Chef.

This Tuesday you can enjoy a seasonal dish called 'fool akhdar' (green beans) with rice, bread, local olives and 'fidjil' (radish)

Vivien is founder of the Palestinian heirloom seeds library and the El Beir Arts & Seeds showroom.

After dinner we will walk down to El Beir to have our desert there. Vivien will prepare a semi sweet desert with fenugreek called 'Hilba'.
