From Singer Cafe you will get on a bus to Battir, the village that is listed as UNESCO world heritage. Baha will take you around Battir and explain you the history of this agricultural village and the importance of the terracing, the springs, the train track and the threat of Israel's land grab policies.
You will then hike for about 2 hours through the Makhrour valley towards Beit Jalla where you can have a drink or food at Hosh al Yasmin restaurant.
