Chef for one night is back! A volunteer chef (or couple) cooks a meal for 20 people.

We changed the day to Tuesday and we will have bi-weekly events. The first edition is an Italian night with Giacomo and Silvia.

In their free time they love to work with their hands either to build furniture from recycled material, gardening or in in the kitchen. One of the passions they have in common, since they first met, is the love for good food and cooking. They always try new recipes and like to revise the classic ones, using seasonal or local ingredients.

Menu:

Start with fried polenta (cornmeal mush) with chard
Main course is pasta al forno (oven-baked pasta) with bechamel and arugula pesto
For desert torta della mamma (mum's pie)
