As part of the French Culinary week, come to discover two great head chefs’ talent at the Mövenpick Hotel Ramallah – Allegro Restaurant.
One is Palestinian, the other is French and they will be composing a gourmet dinner together.

- Laurent Favier : fresh, beautiful and good. This is the way Laurent Favier cooks with seasonal products and a creative touch. His restaurant is in the family house: welcoming atmosphere and refined cooking guaranteed. At the Mövenpick this year, his atlantic food will combine with the Levantine savours.

- Ammar Ahmad : Our own Mövenpick Hotel Ramallah Chef! He has already worked with Christophe Hay last year during the French Culinary week #2. For this edition, he, with Chef Laurent Favier have composed a menu with French and Palestinian influences.
