Christmas is over? Not in Bethlehem! On January 6th is Orthodox Christmas eve. Reason to celebrate. Come and join us for a holy swing night by the holy city (make sure you go to see the Christmas parade in Bethlehem before the swing lesson!).

When and what?
18.30h - Swing dance lesson for beginners (you never ever had a swing dance lesson or you don't know what is '6 count basic step')
19.30- Swing for advanced (you know what is the 6 count basic step and some basic moves)
20.30h - practice and social dancing party

Details:
The lesson costs 20 NIS - but you can join the next 2 lessons we have for free!! (if you come to them, that is).
You don't need to bring a partner. All you need to do is show up and wear comfortable clothes and shoes you can move in.
Be on time for the lessons! no more admission 15 minutes after the class started!

What is Swing dancing?
Swing was a popular dance from the 1920s to 1950s, and it saw a huge revival over the last 2 decades all over the world, because the dance is great fun and swing music gives you lots of positive energy. And since over one year, there is a swing dancing community also in Palestine!
The term swing comprises of a range of dances, such as Lindy Hop, Charleston, Balboa and more. We will learn a mix of these dances, but mainly Lindy Hop and Charleston.
