Introduction: Birzeit mosaic center was established in 2010 by the initiative and the encouragement of specialists in the mosaic art feild . The vision of the center is to revive the art of this craft and to develop its use to keep it alive with the Palestinian community . Objectives: * Reviving the mosaic art craft in its various types. * Encouraging community awareness of this craft through workshops arranged for several categories . * sponsoring training courses, to train professional to keep the continuty of thei mosaicscraft . The center serves to produce Mosaic Floors, mortal walls, scenes in swimming pools, Mosaic mirrors, mosaic tables, enlarged mosaic photos, and other creative ideas. We keep high quality in training and production. نشأة المركز: أنشئ مركز بيرزيت للفسيفساء سنة 2010 بمبادرة من بعض المهتمين بالصناعات الفسيفسائية،وتشجيع من المختصين في هذا المجال، وذلك رغبةً في إحياء هذا الفن المنتشرة بقاياه في كافة أنحاء فلسطين، وحتى تبقى هذه الحرفة حية في التراث الفلسطيني. أهداف المركز * إحياء فن الفسيفساء بأشكاله المختلفة . * نشر الوعي المجتمعي بهذه الحرفة بين فئات المجتمع المحلي من خلال دورات توعية بأهمية هذه الحرفة * عمل دورات تدريبية تساهم في إيجاد مختصين يعملون في هذا المجال . خدمات المركز: * عقد دورات تدريب وتوعية للمهتمين بهذة الفن * تصنيع لوحات فسيفسائية (أرضيات - جداريات خالدة - مناظر داخل برك السباحة - مرايا ذات براويز من الفسيفساء – طاولات حدائق مغطاة بمناظر من الفسيفساء – آرمات من حجارة الفسيفساء –تكبير صور بالفسيفساء ...
