'Chef for one night' brings people around the table to share a meal cooked by a volunteer Chef.
This Tuesday you can enjoy a typical Indonesian dish called 'Nasi Sate'. This dish was introduced in the Netherlands during the colonial time. It is a rice based dish with vegetables and a very special mix of spices. It is served with chicken sate (peanut sauce)
The cook is Helena from Canada who has roots in the Netherlands. In the Dutch comunity in Canada Nasi Sate is a very common dish.
She will also prepare a banana cake for desert.
