Who We Are Intermed – Pal was founded back in 1984 in Jerusalem with a vision to separate the Palestinian market from the Israeli market concerning the field of medical equipment and supplies. In 1999 Intermed moved its headquarters to Ramallah while keeping an operational branch in Gaza. Today, Intermed is located in a 500 Sq meter office in the City of Al-Bireh with a 500 sq. meters warehouse in the Ramallah industrial zone. Intermed employees 26 employees, 14 of which are well experienced medical equipment engineers providing the customer support to our clientele. These engineers are factory trained extensively on the equipment we sell to provide proper installation, user training and after sales repair. Intermed with its extensive list of principles and suppliers carry a wide range of medical and analytical equipment within its portfolio. We participate annually in 4 very important exhibitions to get aquatinted with the latest innovations and technologies to allow us to introduce these ideas and technologies in Palestine. These exhibitions are the Düsseldorf Medica, the US RSNA, the European ECR and the Arab Health in Dubai. Intermed engineering department uses very advanced test equipment to provide proper QA testing on various types of medical equipment and parameters, the estimated value of these tools exceeds 100,000 USD. This is probably the most complete set of tools in the market. Further more Intermed utilizes a special software tool to maintain a comprehensive record of all repair, testing and installation works performed by the department. Our extensive stock of essential spare parts also needs to be mentioned as the value of this stock exceeds 500,000 USD.
