Chef for one night is back! A volunteer chef (or couple) cooks a meal for 20 people.
We changed the day to Tuesday and we will have bi-weekly events. This week we have a semi professional cook Andrew from New Mexico and his girlfriend Flavia from Brazil preparing for us typical New Mexican food!
Flavia is currently working in Singer Cafe and Andrew is visiting her for ten days .

Spanish rice, carmelized onion and fried potatoes, grilled zucchini and corn, with sides of red chili sauce, roasted tomato salsa, and pico de gallo for those who enjoy spice
