ضمن مشروع "المسرح التفاعلي كأداة للتغيير الاجتماعي" وبدعم من الاتحاد الأوروبي ضمن اطار البرنامج الاقليمي Med Culture، وبالتعاون مع اتحاد لجان المرأة العاملة وشبيبة حزب الشعب- محافظة رام الله والبيرة، مسرح عشتار يقدم المسرحية المنبرية "ماكينة وشاكوش"

"ماكينة وشاكوش" تطرح مجموعة من القضايا والأسئلة حول وضع اليد العاملة في فلسطين..
مسرحية تريد أن يأخذ المشاهد دور الممثل، وأن يقتحم الشخصية المسرحية وخشبة المسرح.
تريده أن يحتل الفراغ ويقترح حلوله...
المسرحية تروي قصة أبو صافي: عمل نجاراً في إحدى المنشئات الفلسطينية على مدار سبع سنوات متواصلة. في أحد الأيام يجد نفسه بلا عمل، ولم يحصل على أدنى حقوقه.
اليوم يعمل ابو صافي على فترات متقطعة في أماكن عمل مختلفة، ما جعله يعيش في ضائقة اقتصادية هو وأسرته.
كيف يمكن أن نساعده في تجاوز هذه الضائقة؟
ما هي حقوقه؟
من هي الجهة المسؤولة عن تحصيل حقوقه من صاحب عمله؟؟

وقصة سمير: شاب في ريعان شبابه، يعمل عند أحد أقاربه في ورشة بناء.. أثناء عمله يتعرض سمير إلى حادث عمل يسبب له عجزا دائماً في جسده.
ما هو دور شركة التأمين في تغطية نفقات علاجه؟
ما هي واجبات صاحب العمل تجاه سمير؟
ما هو دور نقابة العمال ومؤسسات المجتمع لمدني في تحصيل سمير لجميع حقوقه؟

وأخيراً قصة أبو فؤاد: صاحب ورشة خياطة خاصة، يعمل بها عدد من العمال والعاملات.
هل يطبق أبو فؤاد قانون العمل الفلسطيني على عماله؟
هل العامل الفلسطيني على علم بجميع حقوقه استنادا إلى قانون العمل الفلسطيني؟
ومن سيضمن تطبيق قانون العمل الفلسطيني في المنشئات المختلفة في المناطق الفلسطينية؟

Part of the “Interactive Theatre as a tool for Social Change" co-funded by the European Union within the framework of the regional programme Med Culture, and incooperation with the Union of Working Women and the Palestinian People's Party, ASHTAR Theatre is glad to invite you to the performance of the Forum play "Machine and Hammer".

“Machine and a Hammer” is a play which tackles a number of issues and raises questions about the situation of workers in Palestine.
This play wants the audience to take the role of the actor and interfere on stage and in the characters… the play wants the audience to fill to void and suggest solutions.

The play tells the story of Abu Safi: Worked as a carpenter in a Palestinian carpentry shop for seven years; one day he finds himself jobless and his minimum rights are not delivered to him.

Today he works occasionally in different places which caused him and his family to live in an economic hardship.
How can we help him overcome this hardship?
What are his rights?
Who is responsible for delivering his rights for him from his former employer?

And the story of Sameer: A young man working with one of his relatives in a construction site, during his work, Sameer, gets exposed to an accident which leaves him suffering from a lifelong debilitating disability.
What is the role of the insurance company in covering his treatment expenses?
What are the responsibilities of the employer towards Sameer?
What is the role of the labor union and civil society institutions in obtaining and delivering Sameer’s rights?

And Finally the story of Abu Fuad: Owner of a tailoring shop and has a number of employees (men and women).
Does Abu Fuad abide by the Palestinian Labor Law?
Are Palestinian workers aware of their rights which were constituted on by the Palestinian Labor law?
Who will ensure applying these laws in the different Palestinian establishments?
