Online videos have quickly become the most effective form of communication and engagement. Shalaby is the Co-Founder & CEO of Mintrics, a Facebook video analytics startup. He's also the Partner at ThePlanet, a digital creative agency out of Cairo, and for six years, was the Creative Director overlooking everything social media, web and mobile design, and video content creation. He's currently based in Lausanne, Switzerland because Mintrics has been selected to accelerate with MassChallenge. Shalaby graduted from Penn State in 2005 and has traveled extensively - but even though you can take Shalaby out of Cairo, you can't take Cairo out of Shalaby. One day, he'll lead the workers' revolution that will bring an end to injustice everywhere - it's going to be glorious!
