نشأت فكرة شركة بنجيز مع نهاية الربع الثالث لسنة 2015، حيث تم افتتاح مطعم بنجيز في مدينة رامالله، و الذي اتاح لنا من خلاله تنفيذ مجموعة من الفعاليات المحلية التي لاقت إقبال و نجاح، استمر العمل على هذا النهج الى أن تم تسجيل الشركة بشكل رسمي شهر سبتمبر 2016.م
